About Our Clubs
Club Formation
SELECTION/ELECTION PROCESS
- The new batch of students is required to nominate themselves for the clubs’ election processes.
- Nominated members shall be screened through various stages of the selection process and approved by Club faculty coordinators
- The students will elect the final candidates through the voting process
- The transfer of office shall be held in the I term, in which the senior members of the MBA pass on their responsibilities to the newly elected coordinators.
Leadership Structure
1. President: Oversees all club activities, epresents the club in official matters, and ensures that objectives are met.
2. Vice President: Assists the President and manages specific initiatives and events.
3. Treasurer: Handles the club’s finances, including budgeting, fundraising, and reporting.
4. Secretary: Manages administrative tasks, including meeting minutes, communications, and member records.
5. Event Coordinator: Plans and organizes events, workshops, and guest lectures.
6. Public Relations Officer: Manages marketing, social media, and public relations efforts to promote the club and its activities
