About the Leadership Program
UIBS aims to provide graduates with a focus on the industry who can assume leadership positions and successfully navigate the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment. To achieve this goal, UIBS offers its immensely talented students a special chance to participate in an ambitious, future-focused, and action-packed Young Leaders Program. During the final term (Term IV) of study, the curriculum will offer development possibilities through extended coaching, mentorship, and executive internship with C-suites. Programs run by corporate engagement offices to raise awareness of employment prospects and the skills needed for various positions.
